Silver and Gold awards

Attached are some initial thoughts on what form silver and gold awards might take. These are simply intended to give us something to start off discussion and deliberation. They incorporate some of the feedback on the bronze award, and some thoughts Judith Shorrocks (ABC, EL Salvador) and I had when we met up earlier in the summer.

Please respond with comments on what you like / what you don't like/ new ideas and suggestions etc.

We should finalise everything by 31 August at the latest.
