Reflection forms an essential component and underpinning of the IGCA. Research and action need to arise from and contribute to reflection.
The attached IGCA Reflection Guide compiles suggestions for reflection activities with participants.
It also summarises some of the educational thinking behind the importance of reflection in the programme, and learning more generally.
