Recording and reflecting

It's now that time of year when students are putting together their portfolio of evidence to present to the group for the Award. Despite guarentees of regular recording, a number of the student I work with haven't really done a great job of recording/logging the activities they have been involved. I came up with the attached spreadsheet to help students record their activities.

Feel free to download and use at your own school if you think it appropriate. This on it's own is a bit too much 'counting hours' so I try to make a decent job of reinforcing to students that this is but one item of evidence they should be presenting.
